A rare white grape variety from Crete, Thrapsathiri, known for its elegant and delicate aromatic profile. The tsikoudia is produced from carefully selected grape pomace, which is gently processed at low temperatures with the addition of water and then distilled to preserve its refined character.
After distillation, the spirit matures for 3–4 months in stainless steel tanks, and may rest longer if needed until it softens and fully develops its distinctive aromas.
The result is a tsikoudia with exotic fruit notes and a refined, elegant character.
Best enjoyed at room temperature to fully express its complexity, but also pleasantly refreshing when served chilled, without ice.
