The grape pomace is carefully processed at low temperatures with the addition of water and gently distilled to preserve its delicate aromatic profile.
After distillation, the spirit matures for 3–4 months in stainless steel tanks, and may rest longer if needed until it softens and fully develops its character.
This tsikoudia reveals a refined aromatic profile with dominant notes of nuts, dried fruits, and subtle floral tones, offering a rich yet elegant sensory experience.
Best enjoyed at room temperature or lightly chilled.
