A refined blend of local Cretan grape varieties—Liatiko, Thrapsathiri, and Syrah—carefully distilled and aged in oak barrels to develop depth and complexity.
After distillation of the grape pomace, the tsikoudia is first matured for 3 months in stainless steel tanks. Then, only the most carefully selected blend is transferred into 200L oak barrels, where it continues to age for 12 months until it softens and fully develops its aromatic profile.
The result is a mature, mellow and exceptionally smooth spirit with elegant notes of smoke, warm spices, and a lingering vanilla finish.
Best enjoyed at room temperature to fully appreciate its complexity, or slightly chilled.
